RECOVERY:
Our clients have a right to be paid for the services and products they provide in good faith to their customers. As third-party debt collectors our responsibility is to communicate effectively with debtors, motivating them to make repayment of their obligations to our clients their priority.
When it is not possible to overcome objections and move the consumer to voluntary repayment, we work to locate resources from which payment can be made and take appropriate legal action to enable us to recover the obligations due on our clients’ behalf.
REPUTATION:
We conduct our activities on the basis of showing respect for all parties involved in credit transactions: the credit grantor to whom money is due, the debtors we contact for payment, respect for the laws that govern our actions, and respect for our collection staff who are in direct contact with consumers to recover the debts owed our clients. Fairway’s policy is to always act within both state and federal law, as well as to behave ethically toward both clients and debtors.
